Breaking – Chris Pine in Talks for reboot of the Saints.

Now we all know that everyone in every industry aspires to become an Action movie star since they are the most in demand at the box office.

One Such actor is Chris Pine , Pine has had his share of Action in films like Jack Ryan, This means War and the Star wars Series . However what he is about to do next might just get him into the top ranks of Action Heroes.

Chris Pine is in all set to star in Paramount Pictures’ remake of the  1997 smashing hit the  The Saint

The film is based on the 1920s novel series written by Leslie Charteris which went Trans Media with a radio show, a 1960s Roger Moore TV series and then a 1997 movie directed by Phillip Noyce and starring Val Kilmer.

The film followed Simon Templar (aka The Saint), a thief for hire whose job is to steal the secret process for cold fusion, which puts him at odds with a traitor bent on toppling the Russian government, as well as the woman who holds its secret.

Paramount Studios under the leadership of Jim Gianopolis has once again engaged one of the finest action film producers in Hollywood Mr Lorenzo Di Bonaventura to produce another Name Attached to the producer list is the great and late Bob Evans.

Rocketman director Dexter Fletcher is directing the film. The Saint made $61.3 million domestic with a global total of $118M.

The original was the perfect recipe for an action thriller and expect some great action beats in this remake too. Keep reading this space.
