Luc Besson Brings the French Detective to ABC

Luc Besson is one progressive man, after the dismissal performance of Valerian luc has moved on in more ways then one. His Company Europa Corp has officially announced that they are going to focus on Action Thrillers . The First to go on floor  is ANNA and now Besson is now producing the remake of The French Detective for ABC.

The Breaking news is that Besson is all set to Make his directorial debut on Television with this show. The Artist‘s Jean Durajin attached to star as the title role.

Written by Assassin’s Creed writers Bill Collage and Adam Cooper, and Jonathan Collier The French Detective is a light procedural drama that centers on Luc Moncrief, a Parisian detective who moves to New York and joins the NYPD in order to leave his previous life behind and start fresh.

The sexy procedural follows Moncrief as he and his blue collar female partner solve New York’s most complex and inscrutable crimes, while Luc simultaneously tries to keep his dark past from catching up to him. ( Imputs DLH)

Durajin is himself making his American Debut with this show. Luc Besson is back to doing what he does best making excellent Action thrillers.
