The film in Question is 2084 and is written by the Batman’s co writer Mattson Tomlin.

2084 is also reportedly billed as being akin to George Orwell big brother totalitarian novel 1984, and also reminiscent of Inception and The Matrix.
Tomlin is working on Megaman the adaptation of Fear agent the graphic novel for Amazon. On the Other Hand Di Bonaventura has just wrapped INFINITE for Paramount that Stars Mark Wahlburg and is Directed by Maverick director Antoine Fuqua.
Di Bonaventura relation with the Studio started with FOur Brother s the cult film directed by the Late John Singleton.
He then produced Shooter with Fuqua and Wahlberg and then did the Transformer Series along with Producing the G I Joe films.
DI Bonaventura has had a long relation with the Studio and 2084 will be another feather in their Action cap.
