Studios comic titled<em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><strong>Malignant Man<\/strong><em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>that Wan co-created.\u00a0Zak\u00a0Olkewicz,<strong> Lights Out<\/strong> co-producer, wrote the script for the adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>The story focuses on Alex Gates, a patient dying of a terminal disease who is resigned to his fate \u2026 until it\u2019s discovered that his malignant tumor is actually a mysterious alien parasite. \u00a0The terminally-ill cancer patient finds new purpose and abilities granted to him by the alien parasite he once mistook for a malignant tumor.
