The latest to open on their platform is Noomi Rapace’s close. The film was originally developed at West End films who have\u00a0aimed at developing and producing female-specific content and promoting female talent Was Acquired by the Streaming Giants for a\u00a0multi-territory deal including the United States and Australia.<\/p>\n
Inspired by the life of bodyguard Jacquie Davis, the film stars Swedish actress Rapace (\u201cThe Girl With the Dragon Tattoo\u201d) in the lead role. Sophie Nelisse (\u201cThe Book Thief\u201d), Eoin Macken (\u201cResident Evil: The Final Chapter\u201d), and Indira Varma .<\/p>\n
The film follows\u00a0bodyguard and counter-terrorism expert Sam (Rapace) who takes a job protecting Zoe (Nelisse), a rich young heiress<\/p>\n
Neither party is keen on the arrangement however when a violent kidnap attempt goes wrong, the pair are forced to work together and go on the run.<\/p>\n
Together they need to unravel who was behind the kidnap and hunt them down and in the process discover each other as humans .<\/p>\n
The script was written and directed by Britain\u2019s Vicky Jewson.<\/p>\n
The trailer has received 1200 trend tracks with a solid A score. The film is looking to open to 50 million plus viewers.<\/p>\n
Set to hit theaters on 18th of January .<\/p>\n
