The story follows a law officer who is sent back to the past where, deemed an enemy of the state and is facing execution, must acclimate in order to survive.<\/p>\n
The film is an adaptation of\u00a0Frank M. Robinson\u2019s time travel story with the same name. Wan has a very distinct view on how he wants the film to be and has engaged the services of John Wick writer Derek Kolstad to write the script.<\/p>\n
From the sound of it the film should be a John Wick meets Hard Target in time travel. Sounds pretty cool .<\/p>\n
Starlight and Star Plus are financing the project, which Wan and Michael Clear will produce via Atomic Monster with Murphy and Susan Monford of Angry Films.<\/p>\n
Wan who also specializes in Horror films is turning his attention towards Action films as he see’s the importance of the genre.<\/p>\n
