Apple has had some success with their shows however their latest deal is all set them to become a key contender in the digital race.<\/p>\n

Apple Original Films<\/a> headed by Zack Amburg and Jamie Erlicht has closed  the worldwide rights on Argylle<\/a>, <\/em>the next film to be directed by Matthew Vaughn<\/a> ( kingsman franchise) and produced by his MARV banner.<\/p>\n

The deal has been closed for a mega price of 200 million plus, since it will be a digital release one would wonder why to shell out Mega bucks , however apple is looking at this film to spin into a major franchise and the money is well spent.<\/p>\n

The film has a mega cast of  Henry Cavill<\/a>, Sam Rockwell<\/a>, Bryce Dallas Howard<\/a>, Bryan Cranston<\/a>, Catherine O\u2019Hara, John Cena<\/a> and Samuel L. Jackson<\/a>. The film will also launch Dua Lipa<\/p>\n

Vaughn said that he was thrilled to team with Apple to bring the most compelling spy thriller he had ever read to the only streaming service that could  create a potential   franchise of the scale and quality for global audiences to experience .<\/p>\n

The film, based on the soon-to-be-launched spy novel of the same name from author Ellie Conway, follows the world\u2019s greatest spy as he is caught up in a globe-trotting adventure. .<\/p>\n

Apple is agressevly pushing it’s action slate as they also have the Will Smith-Antoine Fuqua thriller Emancipation based on Black Slavery. <\/em><\/p>\n
