John Wick Creator Derek Koldtad all set to Develop Battle Chasers Comic into TV Series.

Derek Kolstad has become the go to guy for gritty Actioners in Hollywood. After the monster success of John Wick and Nobody, Kolstad is moving fast in cementing his name in the Action Genre and this does not apply only to feature films.

Kolstad is all set to write and produce Battle Chasers fantasy comic book series from prolific comic book artist Joe Madureira,

Set in an arcane punk world, Battle Chasers follows a ragtag group of heroes: a disgraced, heartbroken swordsman, a cynical thief, a cranky wizard, a war machine with a kind heart, and a young girl whose missing father left her a pair of powerful magic gloves well beyond her capabilities.

They must come together, despite their many, many differences, to stop a dark force growing in the land and destroying everything in site…

Alcon Television Group is all set to produce this series  , in a recent interview one of the promoters was heard saying that he  connected deeply to this material 20 years ago when he f picked up the  comic book and he was thriled to bringing this exciting material to a new audience

Kolstad said as  super fan of unapologetic and unrelenting action–he could not wait for people to feel as giddy as he did when I first laid eyes on Battle Chasers

Launched in 1998, Battle Chasers has won it’s own share of Fan base.
