Patrick Huges set to direct Liongate’s Unsafe house.

Patrick Huges who last directed the Ryan Reynold’s Starrer Hitman’s Body guard  which turned into a surprise summer hit grossing $177 million on a $30 million budget is back with his next directorial debut which is being produced at Liongate titled Unsafe house.

The story follows three friends who rent a Bahamas beach house over the summer for some R&R, only to come and realize that the location is actually a MI-6 safe house already occupied by a CIA operative. When the house comes under attack, the three friends must team up with the spy in order to survive the ordeal.

Russell Hollander is producing from a script by Adam J. Epstein and Andrew Jacobson. No News on the casting is known but Keeping in Mind his recent success with Reynolds one could expect a collaboration .

The exact shooting date has not been determined but the film looks to go on floor by the end of the year.
