Review of The Black Panther

After the events of Captain America Civil War T challa returns to the country of Wakanda to take his place as the rightful King Of Wakanda Will he sit successful on the Throne or will he face obstacles.

The first Stand alone African Hero film is a proud moment for all People with Dark Skin world wide. In Captain America Civil War We got a glimpse of the Prince of Wakanda with a lot of Questions left to be answered about him and his people , The Black Panther answers all of them with flying colors.

The film opens in 1992 , while on an undercover assignment in Oakland, California, Prince N’Jobu became convinced that Wakanda’s isolationist policies had done more harm than good, and vowed to share its technology with people of African descent around the world in order to help them conquer their oppressors. N’Jobu enlisted black market arms dealer Ulysses Klaue to infiltrate Wakanda and steal a cache of vibranium. His older brother, King T’Chaka, learned of this from another undercover agent, N’Jobu’s partner Zuri, and confronted N’Jobu. When N’Jobu attacked Zuri, T’Chaka reluctantly killed him, and ordered Zuri to lie that N’Jobu had disappeared. They left behind his American son, Erik Stevens, in order to maintain the lie.

King T Chaka is now gone and left behind to take his place as King is T Challa however things take a turn when Erik Stevens returns to Wakanda to challange T Challa for the throne Can T Challa defend the throne or will Erik defeat him and Sit on the Throne and finally fulfill his fathers wishes.

To begin with Ryan Coogler is back with a bang. He made his presence felt with Creed but this movie is on a whole different level. Coogler manages to bring out the right emotions when required in the family Saga .

Coming to the performances Chadwick Bronson nails it as the King of Wakanda , he brings together the right emotions and innocence a young King Should have. A special mention to Michael B Johnson who plays the misguided and emotionally hurt cousin of T Challa. Though Negative he brings about a certain likeness  to his Character. Everyone else plays their part to perfection.

The Action pieces especially chase sequences have been done fantastically.  Clayton J barber has managed to put together the right talent to make the fight sequences exciting. The style though adapted from Wu XIa is an excellent watch.

On the whole The Black Panther is a visual spectacle that will be a massive winner on the box office . The thursday night previews are in the range of 25 million Slightly beating Captain America Civil War and just behind Avengers 1. The film is set to smash Box office records.

We at amdb.in wish the entire team all the very best.
