Trailer Review of Mohenjo Daro

One of the Most Anticipated films of the year is Mohenjo Daro is Created by Oscar Nominated Best foreign Film Director Ashutosh Gowarikar starring Bollywood major Star Hritik Roshan The duo Had come together in the 2008 Romantic Drama with hits of Action Jodha Akbar that many believed was a controversial  Hit film.( some people Declared it a flop) 8 years later they re unite to tell the story of one of the worlds oldest civilizations Mohenjo Daro.  When i first heard of this film my mind straight went to Roland Emmerich’s 10000 BC The story of the Egyptian Civilization , I was like “wow that’s a great story” I waited in anticipation to see what Gowarikar would make.

The trailer Launched and i was extremely Disappointed. For Starters, the Visual Effects of the film Are below Tacky, the water stimulation is pathetic . The compositing of the scene where Hritik Saves the girl from the horses is Horribly done and rendered  The Film lacks Scale and authenticity apart from that, the sets are poor and yet when they try to create a  Baji Rao Mastani like water body its got finesse of the 21st century, How convenient.

The Action of the film in the teaser is below Average, not a sequence shows off anything  Even Average. The costumes are Bad , and Kabir Bedi looks Horny ( since he wearing a cheap horn helmet) in an attempt to  keep a budget constrain they have diminished the production value completely.

I am sorely disappointed , and expected Gowarikar to come up with something better much better. Anyways

We at amdb.in wish the entire team all the very best.
