Is November 1st 2019 Judgement day ? It seems to be so as an epic battle will take place between the Terminator Reboot and the Charlie’s angel reboot.
It all started a few days ago when Wonder women decided to release it’s release date of November 1st 2019 and move to 2020 . That opened the market for others to jump on that date and Sony’s Charlie’s Angel Reboot was the first to jump on it.
However Soon Paramount too announced that The Terminator reboot is also going to release on the same day and not 15 days later as it was originally planned.
People are Curious as to why Terminator has moved it’s dates back to 15 days earlier . The answer is quite simple the film gets a clean 2 week Run at the box office and that will make a massive difference to it’s domestic collections.
Charlie’s Angels reboot that is being directed by Elizabeth Banks were looking at the Date as the Original film opened 18 years ago on the same date.
The news of Paramount back tracking it’s date has caused a serious rift among the two Studios . Many people believe that both films cater to a different demographic and will not eat into each others business however that is far from true as Terminator has a Far greater fan following with a much wide reach of audiences catering between the 20 to 50 age demographic with a good 35 percent female audience as the protagonist is a female..
The biggest ad on is Terminator returns James Cameron( the father of the franchise) to producer/ writer of the franchise for the first time since 1991’s Terminator 2: Judgement Day along with Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor and Arnold as The Terminator . This combination has not come together since 28 years and the audiences are freaking to watch this film.
To add to it , Deadpool director Tim Miller is directing the film which is being produced by SKydance’s David Ellison.
The writing is clear on the wall Terminator is going to dominate the weekend of November it would be wise for Charlie’s Angel to move to the 15th November date when Terminator is in it’s second week.
The Judgement is out .
