Legendary Action film producer Avi lerner might just have his best year ever in the history of the Millennium films. Avi has lined up his 6 film Slate for Cannes and boy oh boy it’s impressive.
To Start with , it is now officially confirmed that Stallone will return back to MF with not one but 2 films the first being Rambo 5. That’s right the 5th installment will have stallone entering Mexico to take on the Drug Cartel who have kidnapped his friends daughter.
The Second film will be the hugely anticipated Expendables 4 that will once again star Stallone along with Statham and a host of massive Action Stars. No news on the director or script is known but we do know that keeping with the track record of the franchise it will have a new director since all 3 have had different directors. The script will definately have inputs from Stallone.
The third film will be the much anticipated third part of The fallen Series titled Angel has fallen that will Star Gerard Butler as Agent Mike Bannings . The third part has Butler being framed for an assassination attempt on his boss the President , he might do all in his power to prove his innocence along with finding the culprit .
The 4th one is the reboot of the Guillermo Del Toro Dark Super Hero Hell Boy. The film is directed by Neil Marshall and Stars David Harbour and Mila Jovovich. In this Hellboy squares off against a medieval sorceress who seeks to destroy humankind. The movie is Schuduled to hit theaters world wide on 11th of Jan 2019.
The 5th film is the third part of the Mechanic Starring Jason Statham as Arthur Bishop aka The mechanic who returns to complete impossible assassinations. No news on the director and writer is known but the film has a cult fan following.
The 6th and last film is non other than the Sequel to the super successful Hitman’s body Guard titled The Hitman’s wife’s bodyguard. Again from the titled it is certain that Salma Hayak is returning and that it’s gonna be one fun Action comedy. Knowing Mr lerner’s connections in the market with big Action Stars it is easy to say he will be able to bring on a big name.
Looking at all these franchises it is certain that the Studio could see a billion dollars coming in from the World wide Gross.
