Wolf Warrior was one of Scott Adkin’s biggest hits of his career. Directed and Co Starring Wu Jing. The Chinese Audience really took to the film. However the film took a toll on Jing physically. However Jing is back with the sequel called Wolf Warrior 2 and to give him company is Kingdom star Frank Grillo and Expendables 2 star Yu nan.
Not Much is known of the plot but what one does know is that Jing plays an under cover Cop who needs to tackle Grillo who’s chasing him in a tank to kill him.
Anthony and Joe Russo who have waged a stake of their own in China’s film industry in a little over a year. Volunteering their efforts for Wu’s sequel will ultimately mean some serious production muscle, especially in the action department with none other than Hollywood stuntman Sam Hargrave (The Mechanic, Captain America: The Winter Soldier/Civil War) coordinating the explosive stunt work.
Set to hit theaters in July , the film is eagerly awaited.
