Liam Neeson Sure has a knack for picking scripts that are set within one location. The advantage is that it keeps the audiences heavily engrossed in that world and when the movie ends one has shared the same experience as the Characters and has the same sense of freedom from the tense situation when the film ends.
He Achieved it with non Stop and he is back again with a similar themed film. The commuter tells the story of Michael an insurance salesman who is on his daily commute home, when it quickly becomes anything but routine.
After being contacted by a mysterious stranger, Michael has been forced to uncover the identity of a hidden passenger on his train before the last stop. As he works against the clock to solve the puzzle, he realizes a deadly plan is unfolding and is unwittingly caught up in a criminal conspiracy. One that carries life and death stakes for himself and his fellow passengers.
Directed by Jaume Collet Serra who has worked with Neeson on Non Stop and Run all night, the film co stars Vera Fermiga. The film is produced by LionsGate and Studio Canal and is Set to hit theaters in January 2018. From the Gripping first teaser the film has managed to raise the conversation on it to an extent where we know forsure that this film will open to at least a 45 million domestic first frame.
