DC has multiple projects in development (Two separate Joker movies one which starts in october a Harley Quinn project And Batgirl and The Batman stand alone films. In this crowd one has forgotten the Death Stroke film.
Though it was announced a while back no news has been heard on the project. However Joe Manganiello confirms that the film is very much on track.
during comic con he said that It was in the works and because of that there’s nothing further that he can say without speaking to the studio. He said because he’s part of a team, he cant break the bro code. But he confirmed to the fan’s that the film will happen forsure.
Manganiello appeared as Deathstroke/Slade in a post-credits sequence for 2017’sJustice League. Appearing before a newly escaped Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg), his presence teased the introduction of the Legion of Doom, a comic book-based team of supervillains.
Gareth Evans is set to direct Death Stroke.
