Play Station’s Uncharted has been in the news for a while , however the film had fallen off the grid and nothing was heard of it until now.
Director Shawn Levy has given a filming update on the long-awaited film adaptation of Uncharted.
Nathan Drake is often compared to a modern Indiana Jones. Both characters are suave men who travel deep into jungles and other foreign areas in order to discover old relics and artifacts and lost war spills.
The film has been in development since 2009. David O. Russell was at one point going to direct the film with Mark Wahlberg starring as Drake however that did not materialize.
The film went into turn around and now Levy who’s directing it has thrown light on it. He said that Tom Holland aka Spyderman is attached to star and that the script is in a place where he is extremely happy.
The adaptation of Assassin’s Creed proved to be a dud at the Box Office and that could have perhaps cause the delay in this film .
However the Success of Jumanji could have brought the project back to life. Anyways whatever the reason the fan’s of the Game will be more than excited to watch the film on screen.
