Action Tv shows are making bold move and are rating extremely well. Though not too many of them have been made as there’s a myth around Action Tv series not doing well.
But that has always been proven wrong as most of all Action shows that have been made have always run into many more seasons than other shows case in point Strike back and Spartacus. The latest to be added to the list of successful action tv series is Lethal weapon.
Lethal Weapon returns opened to a 1.2 TRP on new year night on NBC where as the Gifted opened to a 0.5 TRP . Lethal Weapon returns catered to the 18 to 34 age demographic , however what’s interesting is that the most people that age are always partying but stayed in to watch the show.
Lethal Weapon’s demo data shows even with its most recent originals the Season 2 climbed 17% in total viewers which is amazing.
The numbers are encouraging enough for other people to see the figures and make more Action shows . NBC expects the numbers to shoot up to a 2.1 to 2.4 TRP
