The film stars s Yifei Liu as Mulan; Donnie Yen as Commander Tung; Jason Scott Lee as Böri Khan; Yoson An as Cheng Honghui; with Gong Li as Xianniang and Jet Li as the Emperor.
The film is directed by female director Niki Karo who’s also directed the Zoo Keepers wife. Karo is one in the many female directors who Disney is keen to bring on board, as they are with writers too.
The film is written by Amanda Silver and Elizabeth Martin & Lauren Hynek .
The trailer has received a record 2200 trend tracks with a solid A score. The film is all set to open to a 45 million domestic and 90 million Middle Kingdom Debut.
Set to hit theaters in March 2020.
