Sam Mendes created visual poetry when he and Roger Dekin shot Jar head (referred to the marines) in 2005 . The film didnt have a moment of action but yet it created cult status . From then on there have been just down graded version of the film that keep appearing just to take advantage of the Brand . Jar Head 2 was a DTV release and Jar head 3 seem’s to be going the same way. Starring the widely popular Indie Action Star Scott Adkins , the film is directed by William Kaufman who’s himself pretty popular in the indie film circuit, directed films such as The hitlist starring Cuba Gooding JR . Jar head 3 looks like a film on the lines of 13 hours by Micheal bay. Adkin’s has monster potential but i feel his choice of film’s is letting him become an Indie star and soon he will find it difficult to break into main stream Hwood. If he works on his style and attitude (Jason Statham prime example) He has a extremely bright future . The trailer looks routine and nothing out of the box.
