A big name soon to be attached to VALIANT’s cinematic universe is Dave Bautista – Guardians of the Galaxy star and former WWE wrestler. Dave Bautista appears to be up for the role of Eternal Warrior. He tweeted in response to a fan on twitter that he is excited about the project. He is working to develop Valiant Comics’ “Eternal Warrior” for film.
We are not sure about Marvel’s position about one of their biggest stars collaborating with another superhero universe. Yet to see how that pans out.
Started in 1992, the Eternal Warrior is an immortal superhero who has protected the Earth for more than 10,000 years. A master of countless weapons and long forgotten martial arts, he is guided by the Geomancers – those who speak for the Earth.
With more than 2,000 superhero characters (and lifetime sales of more than 80 million copies), Valiant Entertainment owns the third largest library of superhero titles behind Marvel and DC, and the only one not currently owned by a major conglomerate.
