To Start with Baadshaho Starring Ajay Devgn is well on it’s way to doing a 60 Crs first week . The film held up in it’s first frame and has seen a marginal fall on Week Days. Internationally too the film is scoring with big numbers with the biggest numbers coming from the Arab Emirates . Baadshaho is well on it’s way to becoming a profitable venture to it’s distributors As it should cross it’s 80 crs target easily.
Hitman’s Bodyguard is the only driving force for the most sluggish labor day weekend in the last 16 years . The film which is an R rated comedy has managed to Be the Box Office King for the last 3 weeks with a domestic total of 70 Million . The film has crossed another 40 million world wide and is yet to launch it’s 3rd major roll out. Made on a Modest budget of 30 million this is another ace in the caps of Millennium, Lionsgate and Ryan Reynolds. The film will be a major cash fall with overages running in almost the 1x mark.
Vivegam Starring Tamil SuperStar has broken records of Baahubali 2 and is well on it’s way to passing the 150 cr mark. Though the Goods and Services Tax has been imposed in Tamil Nadu and audiences are paying Taxes for the first time that has not affected the Action fans in making it to the cinema halls and making this film a major success.
Paisa Vasool Starring Telugu Superstar Bala Krishna may not have connected with the over seas market but people of South India have walloped it . The film has crossed the 25 Crs mark in the domestic territory. Distributors have paid a premium for the film and some territories might loose money , but by and large people have accepted this typical Indianized Action commercial film
