STX entertainment has Signed Chadwick Boseman the star of Black Panther for their upcoming Action Thriller 17 Bridges . Boseman shot to fame post the success of black panther and is hot property in LA LA Land.
Now the film has attracted some Major talent in the form of JK Simmons, Sienna Miller and Taylor Kitsch. Simmons the veteran actor has recently been credited for his body transformation. Miller who’s been part of movies like G I joe and most recently the lost city of Z.
17 Bridges is directed by Brian Kirk, whose credits include “Luther” and “Game of Thrones. The script is written by Adam Mervis.
Boseman will portray a disgraced NYPD detective who, after being thrust into a citywide manhunt for a cop killer, is given a shot at redemption. As the night unfolds, lines become blurred on who he is pursuing, and who is in pursuit of him.
When the search intensifies, extreme measures are taken to prevent the killers from escaping Manhattan as the authorities close all 17 bridges to prevent any entry or exit from the iconic island.
