Peter Chernin Company gets Action film deal with Netflix.

Peter Chernin the once upon a time Chief Operation Officer of Fox who was considered one of the best CCO of Fox Studios has made his share of Action films and now that has landed him a deal with the Digital Giants Netflix.

This gets Netlflix to get another prolific producer in their Rawster , their Last big hit Six Underground was produced by Micheal Bay.

In January, Chernin exited the term deal he held at 20th Century Fox, after it was acquired by Disney . Chernin who’s produced the Planet of the Ape Series along with the Action Comedy Spy  , the Tom Cruse Starrer Oblivious and the Riddly Scott Directed Exodus has a knack on the Action genre.

In Chernin Entertainment, Head of Film Scott Stuber brings aboard a company adept at developing and managing tent pole-sized films and event films.

Netflix is seeing the tide as to what films are attracting them their viewers most and it’s a given that Six underground was their highest viewed film.
