Breaking- Chad Stahelski all set to direct another potential franchise for Lions Gate.

Lionsgate’s biggest franchise till date is the Hunger games and John Wick and now the studio could well get them selves another franchise.

Lionsgate has purchased Arcana, a spec script by Predators writers  Michael Finch & Alex Litvak . The film is said to be a Urban fantasy film that is set in the world of a Magical Warrior clan.

Lionsgate though it best to trust the project in the hands of their reliable Director who has given them one of their biggest franchises.

Stahelski is currently working on the 4th and 5th installment of the John Wick franchise. A few months ago Studio head of Lions gate had mentioned that the studio is compelled to finish the 4 th and 5th installment of the franchise as the quarter earnings were low.

The writers who worked on Predator along with Shane Black are also on a roll . Finch and Litvak recently sold Versus to Universal Studios which is being directed by Jeremy Rush the director of wheelman.

The also recently Sold Medieval to Sony Picture another Action franchise that is on the fast track of getting made with a big name attached to direct.

The film is being produced by Stehelski’s 87 Eleven along with Litvak and Finch Executive producing. The news is Extremely Exciting.
